Q:	Is the villa available for my required dates and how much will it cost?
A:	Please check the availability calendar by clicking on "Availability" on the menu, enter the dates you require and an availability confirmation and full quotation will be generated.

Q:

What size and configuration of beds do you have in the house?

A:

A high quality 5ft king-size bed is in the Master Bedroom, with 2 comfortable 3ft single beds in the twin bedroom. These may be pushed together for couples where appropriate. The Master bedroom also includes a dressing area which may be sectioned behind light curtaining. This area could be used for a baby's cot, which can be supplied complete with bedding at a small extra charge. For more information please visit our image gallery or research our Key Items section.

Q:

I have always stayed in a hotel up until now, what is so different about a villa?

A:

Hotels can be very expensive, for the price of less than one hotel room you get the full use of the whole of our villa for up to 4 people. It is really well equipped and will make your holiday unforgettable. Just think, no other guests banging their doors as they leave for the beach! You even get to do what you want to do, when you want to do it! To see just how close to the beach we are please visit our Oriheula section. Q:	Do we need to deposit any money with you before we can stay in your villa?
A:	Yes. A security deposit is charged to cover the cost of any property or contents damage. Remember, this is only a deposit, if you look after our property we will refund it in full. If you click on instant availability check and quotation, the applicable security deposit will be calculated for you.

Q:	When we rent this villa, how do we know where the villa is and how to get there?
A:	Once you have booked your stay and sent the final payment, you will be sent a welcome pack with instructions and directions to the villa. It's approximately a 40 minute drive from Alicante Airport, and only 20 minutes from Murcia Airport. The journey from both airports is very simple and we provide full route instructions.

Q:	How do we get access to the villa?
A:	The villa is secure for your comfort and peace of mind, we will provide full access details sent with the welcome pack upon receipt of payment in full.

Q:	What do you mean by private community pools?
A:	The two superb swimming pools are just for the owners and guests within the Verdemar III community. Each villa owner pays towards the upkeep of the pools, and high season guards. Because of this, the pool areas are generally peaceful, and very well kept.

Q:	What happens if we have any problems or questions during our stay?
A:	There is a local agent available to assist you during your stay. Their contact information will be in your welcome pack. Also, the neighbours live there all year round and can be a very helpful source of local knowledge.

Q:	Why is there an end of let cleaning charge?
A:	The house is cleaned prior to your stay by cleaning professionals who work to a high standard. I am sure you will appreciate the value of this when you arrive. To maintain this standard, we ask each booking party to pay the local cleaning team for a full villa clean and laundry change on completion of their stay. This currently amounts to €60 per stay. (less than £45)

Q:	Can I arrange extra linen changes or even a full professional clean during my stay?
A:	If you wish, extra linen changes, or even a full house clean during the period of your stay can be arranged at additional cost.

What activities are available to us during our stay?

A:

Besides watching English TV channels, there is a region free DVD player with a small number of DVDs along with a video recorder and prerecorded videos. There is a small but up to date library, which is constantly changing as visitors swap books. The villa also has a number of family board games and pub quizz books. The villa is set alongside a quiet wooded stream which can be enjoyed throughout the day and into the evening. Of course there is the most important activity... enjoying the year round Spanish sunshine.

Q:	What's included in the kitchen?
A:	The real question should be what isnt.... We have set the kitchen for normal daily use, with refrigerator, cooker, microwave, filter coffee machine etc. A freezer is located in the downstairs utility room.

Q:	Can I split the cost of the house with friends and/or family?
A:	Absolutely! The house has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 adults comfortably. It has 2 separate toilet and bath/shower rooms as well. Our only limitation is that we don't cater for single sex bookings.

Q:	Can I smoke in the villa?
A:	No. The villa is strictly a non-smoking environment. You may smoke outside in the middle level garden provided that you exercise caution and dispose of your cigarette sensibly.

Q:	Can I take my pets?
A:	No. We have a strict no-pets policy.

Can you cater for small children and babies?

A:

The villa has been sucessfully rented by families with children of all ages, however the house has a open staircase descending to the bedrooms and bathrooms, for young children we recommend the use of a locking stairgate which can be hired from our local agent. We would also recommend limiting access to the rear veranda and roof terrace for small children. We are also able to provide a proper baby cot and linen at a small extra charge for the very small holiday makers. The cot could be ideally located in the dressing annex of the master bedroom if required.

Q:	Do I need travel insurance?
A:	As with all holidays / vacations we strongly advise you to ensure that you have comprehensive travel and medical insurance. Don't forget to take your E111 Medical Treatment Entitlement form available from the Post Office.

Q:	Is the villa staffed?
A:	The villa is maintained by our local agent who will professionally clean the property in-between guests and remains available in the event of an emergency. This ensures your privacy whilst offering the vast choice of activities, entertainment and restaurants in the local area. Self-catering is a breeze and the preferred option for most guests.
