holiday rentals. Whilst Verdemar III Villa is only few minutes
from the Villamartin Golf complex it has no association with the golf course,
any golf employees, golf associations, agents or any subsidiary of Villamartin
Golf Club in Costa Blanca, Torrevieja or elsewhere.

The 2 bedroom villa is situated within a small row of adjoining villas in the beautiful Verdemar III development of Villamartin. Villamartin is ideally situated close to the excellent beaches of the Southern Costa Blanca. This is a well established peaceful residential area which includes 2 superb private community pools solely for the use of the Verdemar III residents and their guests. Flowing through the estate and just to the rear of the property is a unique woodland stream with small bridges, waterfalls and pools. Villamartin is close to many commercial centres and there is a wide variety of entertainment locally, not to mention great shopping!
The fully equipped villa is in excellent condition. We have tried to include all the little things that help to make your holiday that little bit special. The lower floor consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and the other with twin beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. The villa has both a shower room and bathroom, each has toilet facilities. The middle floor is the lounge/diner which has satellite TV including BBC 1 channels. For those who favour home comforts, the kitchen is extremely well equipped, and the local supermarkets have a great choice food & drink at excellent prices. At the rear of the lounge there is a good-sized balcony for sunbathing or dining al fresco. A separate utility area houses the washing machine and freezer. We also have a large private roof top Terrace with views over the pool, woodland stream and the 17th green of the Villamartin golf course. The garden, patio and rooftop terraces are equipped with sun loungers & table/chairs for those who enjoy day long sun worshipping and want to take advantage of the 300 days sunshine each year. The apartment is fully serviced between lets by local English representation who are on hand to assist you should any problems arise with the accommodation.
We are able to offer a few optional facilities such as a cot and bedding for babies, however you are welcome to bring your own equipment where required.
