This Villamartin villa is a superb
privately owned Costa Blanca home. It is fully equipped for
holiday rentals. Whilst Verdemar III Villa is only few minutes
from the Villamartin Golf complex it has no association with the golf course,
any golf employees, golf associations, agents or any subsidiary of Villamartin
Golf Club in Costa Blanca, Torrevieja or elsewhere.
Swimming Pools
Verdemar III includes 2 superb private community pools solely for the use of the residents and their guests. The main pool is about 100 yards away from the villa and it one of the most beautiful pools in the area. In fact if you look at some of the postcards in Torrevieja, you will recognise our pool as it is the most photographed pool on the Southern Costa Blanca. The main pool is a freeform style pool with bridges, islands and even includes a waterfall. It also has a separate childrens paddling area, and showers.
The estate also boasts a second smaller pool. This is about 15 yards from the rear of the villa and is overlooked from the veranda. This pool has a grassed area and a few trees offering some slightly shaded sunbathing and sun screen around the pool. Also in the pool area is a childrens splash pool and showers.
Off of the estate are a number of bars and hotels that have swimming facilities that are free to patrons. This offers a pleasant change from the beaches and the estate pools. Well worth looking out for an enjoyable family lunch with an excuse to sample the local bars and restaurants.
Our favorite swim is the wonderful clear waters of the Costa Blanca beaches, only 5 minutes by car to La Zenia beach.
